A twitter user has alert the public to the wicked antics of fruit sellers.
The user identified as Anike Abimbola shared a video which showed an orange seller dipping peeled unripe oranges in a chemical dye to make it look riper.
In the video, the unidentified orange seller sat in between two large bowls, one containing several unripe oranges while the other contained the dyed oranges.
She placed the unripe oranges in another smaller bowl containing the chemical, rolled the oranges in the chemical before she piled it into the dyed oranges bowl.
This should serve as a warning to the public to not but any peeled oranges.
