Dr. Deji Adeleke, immediate younger Brother of late Senator Isiaka Adeleke on Wednesday said that the result of the autopsy test carried out on Isiaka will be out between a week or two.
Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday in Ede, Osun State, Deji Adeleke who is the Father of popular Nigerian artiste, Davido, affirmed that his late Brother was not sick.
According to Deji, until the result of the autopsy is ready, the cause of death of Senator Adeleke remained practically unknown.
He urged supporters of the late Senator to remain calm, adding that the burial of his elder brother was delayed to determine the cause of his death.
Deji said: “Everybody knowns that my brother was a Muslim, and the reason why we delayed his burial for 24 hours was to have an analytical and comprehensive report of the cause of his death.
“The death of our beloved brother is like a dream to us, it is extremely painful, so sudden, he was our hero, he was not sick.
“We have cried and cried, we continue to ask how and why it happened that way, but we are thanking God for his life, we want to mourn in peace, and we need a lot of prayers.
“Our brother was a peaceful person, he was not a violent person, he did not tolerate violence neither did it promote it, we therefore enjoin his followers and political allies to be calm and peaceful”.
