At least four people were confirmed dead at the Federal Medical Center
(FMC), Umuahia, Abia State following a multiple auto crash that occurred
along Ubakala axis of the Enugu/ Port- Harcourt express way.
Daily Post gathered that four vehicles were involved in the crash, including a Toyota Hilux van with registration number CG 539RSH, a Peugeot J5 bus with registration No XA 874 AKW, and a Mercedes Benz tipper with registration no EGG 555 YG.

One of the victims, who was identified as Abdulhamid Abubakar disclosed that over speeding on the side of the Hilux van driver caused the accident.
According to him, they were four in a Peugeot J5 bus traveling from Lafia, Nasarawa to Aba to sell bags of garden eggs and oranges.
He said he was in the Peugeot with 3 of his friends, Husaini Tanko, Imamu Abubakar and Ibrahim Abubakar.
