A gang of suspected kidnappers and armed robbers, who operate
using police colored Ford ranger jeep and police accoutrements, have
been arrested by the Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad (FSARS) in
Rivers state.
Two pump action guns and police protective vests were recovered from
the six-man gang on the 18th and 19th of June. The suspects identified
as Tony Raphael, Ifeanyi Okoye, Chigozie Onuigbo, Emeka Nwaiwu, Clark
Sunday, and Chinedu Isia, were said to always operate in police uniform
to rob unsuspecting victims.
