💬‘Why I Am Against Game Of Thrones’ – John Boyega

The renowned foreign actor with Nigerian background, John Boyega has criticised against the popular and favourite movie, Game of Thrones.
In an interview with GQ Style, the Hollywood star condemned the lack of casting black folks in the Game of Thrones just like Lord of the Rings, which gained wide recognition and acceptability.
He said;
“There are no black people in Game Of Thrones”“You don’t see one black person in Lord Of The Rings. I ain’t paying money to always see one type of person on-screen.”
He said that lack of diversity is connected to racism which should not be found in casting for British movies.
 “You see different people from different backgrounds, different cultures, every day. Even if you’re racist, you have to live with that. We can ruffle up some feathers.”
The 25-year-old is famously known for his roles in Star Wars and the Nigerian movie on Chimamanda Adichie‘s Half of a Yellow Sun is the latest cover of GQ Style.
