A woman who vowed not to lose her humour after she was
diagnosed with an uncommon form of cancer has named her tumour after US
President Donald Trump.
She said the cancer had something in common with Trump: “big, ugly, useless mass good at one thing — hurting people.”
Elise Stapleton was left stunned when doctors told her she had Hodgkin lymphoma in September last year.
The diagnosis meant the 24-year-old needed to undergo intensive chemotherapy which caused her to lose her hair. She said she named her tumour after the controversial president because it is “one big, ugly, useless mass that is good at one thing: hurting people.”
