Hello guys, i present to you the personality of the month November. Makeup artiste, Fiyin Baker has been on my radar for quite a while now...not only is she good at what she does, but she's also determined.
The fact that there are so many makeup artistes out there didn't stop her from pursuing her dreams. Below is an interview between Fiyin Baker and i.

Fiyin Baker: OK. I'm Baker Mofiyinfoluwa, Popular known as 'BOOM' Baker. I graduated with Political Science from Redeemer’s University. I've had lots of passions as I grew. Makeup happens to be one of them. I've always been on YouTube and IG practising various arts with makeup.My desire for becoming a makeup artist despite the fact that there are lots of MUA out there, the fact that I learnt well and use unbelievable good and healthy products and also my mom pats my back at my work. I just want to share good healthy look with people

LexTORCH: So how did you come about your brand name?
Fiyin Baker: BOOM!😄 it's my nick, Acronym of my names. It was given (or formed) by a friend, 'Sunshine' 😁😁 while in secondary school. And the name I would say, made me. I lived, loved and embraced it ever since. The name is me, and I am it🙂
LexTORCH: Every single person into one business or the other... Faces one challenge or the other... What would you say has been a xhallenge since you started this brand?
Fiyin Baker: Well, when I started, I was in school, and that didn't help it a bit. I thought coming out would make much difference, well, it did make a difference, buh not as much as I hoped. Finance and location are very big problem in this business.Setting up a studio and gaining clients was there too
LexTORCH: Finance... You can say that again dear
Fiyin Baker: Buh thank God, now I have a studio, not fully furnished.... lots of other projects goin on, buh I have awesome clients.As Nigeria is not smiling economically 😄
LexTORCH: Lol i know right

LexTORCH: Where do you see your business at in 2years time?
Fiyin Baker: In two years.... I'm gonna be a 'Boss Madam' 😄. I pray God breaths to my work and effort. I should start having branches not only in my makeup aspect, buh other beauty areas 🙏🏼
LexTORCH: Lovely i must say... I like the fact you mentioned God
Fiyin Baker: He's my source and helper...After which I can say my mom😊

LexTORCH: How do you handle attention gotten from male admirers?
Fiyin Baker: Male admirers 😂😂😂😂.Well.... I don't like chit-chat. I'm not a small talk person, so when I see you're that kind of person, I shift
I try not to be rude, buh most time Guys can be annoying.
LexTORCH: U shift lol... Nice one .. You are a shifter
Fiyin Baker: 😂😂
LexTORCH: But why dont ladies try to find the sweetness in men and overlook d annoying part
Fiyin Baker: See, if a lady doesn't want to have a conversation with you, you'll know
I don't know why guys ain't sensitive enough to know
If I don't like you.... why should I be finding sweetness 😏😏

Fiyin Baker: Well. Every government official does what they think is right. You'll please some, and dis please others 🤗🤗
