Police in Samut Prakarn were called following the reports of a man
causing trouble in the area. They found the 35-year-old man lying down
in the middle of the road, causing traffic near the Sam Sian Elephant
Museum.
Officers put him on the sidewalk but he was gabbling incoherently. He
was later taken into Samut Prakan police station where investigations
were underway to find out more about him and if he is in the country
legally.
