5 Breakfast Ideas for Weight Loss

A high-fiber cereal will keep you full until lunchtime and satisfy your appetite. Add to your cereal sliced fruit and skim milk and your morning breakfast will become even healthier.

If you love waffles, you can still enjoy your favorite breakfast and still loose some weight. The main thing is to take a low-fat, whole grain option. Toast the waffle and add sliced strawberries and Greek yogurt. You can also layer it on a scoop of applesauce and spread it with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

You might not believe, but eggs are really a weight loss food, they are comparatively low in calories and when you use only the whites, you can create a very tasty breakfast with very little fat. Just whip two or three egg whites together and cook them in a non-stick skillet, scraping the edges until the eggs are done. At the end add some sliced vegetables like tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers and a little bit of shredded cheese. Fold the omelet over and help yourself.
4. Toast

A piece of ordinary dry toast isn’t what I call a tasty breakfast. But you can turn on your imagination and create it with minimum calories for a nice weight loss. Top a piece of toast with a thin slice of ricotta cheese, a little bit of honey and some sliced pears, strawberries or grapes. You know what I mean.
5. Bagels

Yes, it’s definitely right! Even though you wish to lose weight, you can still eat a bagel for breakfast. The main thing is to pick a tiny bagel, not those thick ones you can have at a nearby shop. Just spread one with a thin smear of peanut butter and top it with sliced bananas. You will get a nutrient packed breakfast and filling in a few minutes.
