Five year old boy smoking and drinking can of beer

A  five-year-old boy was spotted smoking a cigarette and drinking what appears to be a can of beer .See photo after the cut..

 

From the shot taken by a passer-by in the Russian city of Tyumen, the child can be seen lighting and then smoking a cigarette in what looks like  a toy car in a playground.

 

 

 

As a Nigerian dad/mum...what would you do if you found your son doing this??
