Fed up residents tie charms to NEPA poles to stop officials from disconnecting them (photo)

Probably fed up of PHCN officials' harassment,  Residents of a fed-up community took laws into their hands and tied charms to the electrical poles in order to deter them from disconnecting their wires....not that there is even power to start with.See photo after the cut..
