Prince George and Princess Charlotte play in the snow in cute family photo taken on French skiing holiday.

 Laughing and messing around with their mummy and daddy, little Prince George and Princess Charlotte play in the snow for the first time. The royal children enjoyed their first ski holiday in the French Alps last week and took time to pose for these adorable pictures.

William and Kate also has a great time, letting their hair down and joking around with a snowball fight. Both parents are keen skiers and George, two-and-a-half, and Charlotte, who will be one in May, will eventually learn to ski.

 But this holiday was just a chance for them to play in the snow and spend time as a family ahead of Mother's Day before William and Kate return to a busy timetable of royal engagements including a trip to India in April.

Kensington Palace tweeted the six images today which showed the family all kitted out and wrapped up against the cold in their ski gear.

 Kate is wearing red trousers and a white jacket, William is dressed in blue and black, George is in navy with a red and white bobble hat and Charlotte looks adorable in a white snow suit with a pink hat.
