Jada Pinkett Smith finally comments on Chris Rock’s Oscars jibes.

Jada Pinkett Smith has finally responded to Chris Rock’s jibes about her at the Oscars – by speaking entirely in clichés. The 44-year-old actress was delivered some serious burns by Oscars host Rock during his opening speech, and until now she’s remained tight-lipped over his mockery.

Now Jada, who along with husband Will boycotted the Oscars because of the lack of nominated non-white actors, has given a typically passive-aggressive statement.
Chris’s original put-downs were: ‘Jada said she’s not coming. I was like, “Isn’t she on a TV show?”.
‘Jada’s gonna boycott the Oscars? Jada boycotting the Oscars is like me boycotting Rihanna’s panties. I wasn’t invited!’
When asked what she made of his comments, she gave a pretty cryptic answer – and taken together, each word she said meant a grand total of nothing.
She said: ‘It comes with the territory, sweetheart. Hey look, it comes with the territory but we gotta keep it moving. We gotta keep it moving. We gotta keep it moving. There’s a lot of stuff we gotta handle, a lot of stuff in our world right now. We gotta keep it moving.’
Is she trying to inspire a meme with this kind of talk? And does anyone else think this ramble sounds exactly like it was made by the Dude from The Big Lebowski?
