Strange Sculpture Spotted At Ikeja Underbridge, Lagos. (Photos)

This ‘strange’ sculpture which was spotted  under the Ikeja bridge in Lagos state have got Nigerians scratching their heads.A twitter user,  who saw the sculpture yesterday later took to his handle to post the pictures and also to ask Governor Ambode for an explanation.
