 This mail was from an indigene of Bayelsa State. The person said: “In Bayelsa state we all have been converted to smokers since the harmattan began in 2015. It’s no longer a choice, its compulsory, if you are not smoking weed, cigar or sniffing crack, you’ll be sniffing all kinds of emissions from burning waste.
