X-Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini to Lose £8million if she divorces husband.

X-Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini stand to lose a whopping £8m to her husband Jean-Bernard if she eventually part away with him.

This has been revealed to The Mirror news by James Brown, a partner in Manchester law firm JMW. He said: “In the event Cheryl and her new partner divorce, the starting point for the court will be that her husband is entitled to half her wealth. Although, she might be successful arguing for a smaller amount, the process can take time and is expensive and immensely stressful.”
