Peggy Phillips, 43, has been charged with sexual assault of a child
and the police believe their relationship began approximately 8 years
ago in her home in Pasadena, California. She is accused of having sex
her
15-year-old nephew on several occasions between 2007 and 2009. She
allegedly first assaulted the boy when he was in the hospital.
Police believe their twisted relationship continued after he moved
from South Carolina to live with Phillips and her husband. Court
documents state the boy had sex with her hundreds of times after that.
Phillips also allegedly sent inappropriate photos and text messages to
him. She is now being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond payment…
