Environmental officers found a couple and their six-year-old daughter living in ‘unbelievable’ conditions at the property in Blaby, Leicestershire. The tenants had spent seven months in a converted garage with no heating, a broken shower and one functioning plug socket. The windows were rotten, and there was hardly any insulation.
