Governor Wike of Rivers State loses again at Court.

The ruling of the gubernatorial election petition tribunal in Rivers state was today upheld by the Court of Appeal sitting Abuja. The Court ruled that the election of Nyesom Wike did not conform with the electoral act and
hence ordered a rerun in 90 days.
Wike of the PDP, had run to the Court of Appeal after an election petition tribunal ruled in favor of Dakuku Peterside of the APC. The Court however dismissed his appeal on all grounds, saying the election was marred by wide-scale violence.
