End to Boko Haram?

Governors from the 19 states of the northern part of Nigeria have stated that they will put their resources together to end Boko Haram scourge and the wide spread poverty witnessed in the part of the country.


The governors also agreed to deepen the existing relationship between people from the region which will help to foster greater peace and unity.
This pledge was made by the chairman of Nigerians Governors’ Forum and Borno state governor, Kashim Shettima, on Sunday, November 29, in Wannune Benue state when he and two other governors from the forum pay a condolence visit on Senator George Akume who recently lost his eklder brother and paramount ruler of Tarka, Gabriel Indyer Akume.
